PET, HDPE, PE, PETG, PP and PCR are the six grades we run. Clarity, chemical resistance, heat tolerance and recycled content are decided at the material step, so we start there and let the bottle design follow. Each material has its own page covering properties, typical applications, manufacturing considerations, limitations and recycling.
PET
Glass-like clarity up to 95% light transmission with a strong water barrier. Prime virgin resin supplied with COA and batch traceability.
HDPE
Opaque and chemically inert, so it handles acids, alkalis and solvents. The default for detergents, cleaners and shampoos.
PE
Flexible, impact-resistant polyethylene for squeeze and large-format bottles. Soft-touch surface that takes decoration well.
PETG
Crystal-clear, glass-like appearance with better chemical resistance than standard PET. Built for thick-wall premium formats.
PP
Heat-resistant and tolerant of acids and alkalis. The standard choice for caps, pumps, sprayers and hot-fill jars.
PCR PET
Recycled-content PET at 25%, 50% or 100%, supplied with recycled-material supply-chain documentation for EU and US buyers.
PCR HDPE

Choose PET if your formula is water-based and you need glass-like clarity (up to 95% light transmission). Best for serums, toners, and visually-driven skincare lines where shelf appeal matters.
Choose HDPE if your product contains acids, alkalis, or solvents — HDPE is chemically inert and impact-safe. Best for detergents, cleaners, and shampoos in opaque or solid-color packaging.
Choose PP if you need heat-resistant closures and hot-fill compatibility. Best for caps, pumps, sprayers, and jars that undergo warm-fill processes.
